What happens if the device goes faulty?

In the unlikely event of a fault, Bristol BlueGreen will provide a replacement unit free of charge in the first 12 months, or the first 36 months if the customer has completed and returned the warranty card. The warranty is only valid if the unit has been installed and operated in accordance with the installation manual. Full details of the warranty can be foundĀ here.
